We only (at our discretion) accept return or replacement of product under the following conditions:
- if the product is proven that it is defective or damaged before you accepted it; or
- the product we delivered doesn’t match with your order.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
