Delivery Procedure & Time:

Purchased items will be delivered within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday, exclude public holiday). For urgent shipments, please contact us at 57032223

Once you place your order online, an email acknowledgement will be sent.

Once order confirmed and dispatched, return and refund policies apply.

We reserve the right not to accept your order under circumstances, for example, fail to obtain authorization for payment, shipping restrictions occur to a particular item, item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy the quantity of your order.

For store pick-up, pls collect your order within 14 days upon order confirmation.
